**Q: is this vegetarian?  specifically do we know the source of the glycerin?**
A: I don’t know.  Also, I have used them all up and didn’t keep the package, so can’t give you an accurate answer.

I can tell you that they are delicious…much better than the ones you buy at the market.

**Q: I bought these lemarie patissier mini pancake on 8/7/2020 and got them on 8/8/2020. what is the expiration date? it is not on the package.**
A: We ate them right away, so the issue was not one we worried about.  I did freeze them as soon as they arrived.

**Q: Do these need to be kept in the refrigerator or freezer?**
A: This item can be kept in the pantry. No refrigeration or freezing is necessary.

Great Product. We used them as a favor at a 50th anniversary where the couple had celebrated at a pancake house after an early wedding ceremony before their reception, so this commemorated it. However, I had to buy multiple bags because they did not last in our house before the party because they were consistently eaten :). Kids at party really liked them as well, they were a quick little snack/ treat. Would recommend.
