Every single time i fill the bottle with water, i get a spillover when putting on the cap. what am i doing wrong?

You’re putting in too much water. You’re not leaving enough room for the cap.

What is the height of bottle with cap on? I can only find height of package with the two side by side. Trying to fit in a fridge compartment

Is this bottle microwavable?

I would highly not recommend putting it in the microwave because it's made mostly of metal. So it's not safe to put it in the microwave. But it will keep your hot beverage hot and cold beverage cold for 12 hours. I use mine every day.
