Not high quality
Instead, you may want tea towels by Harringdons, I have bought those before and they last years, are super well made and strong. These towels by sloppy chef are thin and gauzy like another review stated. I wased these towels before using and two of them had rips down the seem. Very disappointed.

Confusion
I never had the opportunity to use these as they arrived showing the wrong color. You can see by my pictures the order tag said black and the tag on the opposite side showed blue and the picture colors are blue not black.

ar mop style towels than a traditional kitchen towel
I bought these because I liked the style and wanted all of my kitchen towels to match (all folded Marie Kondo style in my drawer), so I was a little disappointed with the size of these. They are more like commercial bar mop towels used in restaurants, so kind of thin and on the smaller side. They are cotton and very absorbent and look great in my drawer, but I got through them quickly because of the size--they get wet and icky very fast, but dry well. Quality isn't stellar as a few of them had flaws in the weave that will probably become holes after mild use. Price wise, Ikea has a similar option that is slightly less expensive that will probably hold up better.

Shrank, wrinkled “tea towels”
After less than three weeks, the towels shrank from15x25 inches to 12.5x20.5 inches and are badly wrinkled after washing. Also, the edge seams fold over so it becomes thick at edges when stacked so a stack of folded towels looks very sloppy. These were meant to replace cotton towels that were more than 50 years old but the old ones are in much better shape than these new ones. They are absorbent towels but they will not look good after washing. Ok as bar mop towels.

Great Cotton Towels to replace paper towels - absorbant and useful
Pandemic decision to replace paper towels with bleach-able reusable towels. These work just fine. They are hearty enough to make it through bleaching and sanitizing, and the family is learning to reach less for paper. Just be aware that folding them might be a bit challenging, as they seem to wrinkle ... a lot... but not enough for me to pay twice as much for other towels. LOL so in my opinion, they are just fine for what I need. I gave four stars instead of five because of the wrinkling issue, but performance is definitely a FIVE.

Nice kitchen towels but they shed too much when wet
I initially loved these towels. Very handy in the kitchen and the number of paper towels I'm using has dropped to almost zero. Unfortunately, these towels shed considerably when damp. Fuzz from the towel sticks to my fingers and any rubber utensils. This kind of sucks when handling food.

"The Best" ???? is a questionable title
These are small...once waned and dried, they're about the size of a cloth diaper. Had I planned to use them as kitchen towels, I'd have been very disappointed! However, I'm using them as napkins, and they'll be perfect for that use.Lastly, a few of the towels had this odd, bright green "thread" in the weave. It was very noticeable. I was able to pull it out with tweezers...it was like a plastic material.

Surprisingly Better than Expected
These towels are lightweight, but strong and absorbent. I am using a lot less paper towels now. Throw them in the washer and they clean up perfectly and are ready to go again! I fold, then roll them before putting them in my kitchen "towel" drawer so I can store more since I'm using them all the time! Washing Fruits and/or Veggies? Use these towels! Drying those pots & pans! These towels are great. I'm very happy with them!
