I'm on a weightloss journey so I started having this for lunches to fill me up until my main meal in the evening. The vanilla is sweet and filling, it's worked wonders for me personally. It's lovely with water or milk, I use water to keep it simple to track. It does have some bitty texture to it but honestly it's to be expected with an oaty shake

Best tasting meal replacement/protein shake I have had. Filling, smooth to drink. I add a little more coffee for flavour but not necessarily needed. Very good quality

It's pretty heavy on the calories. But, it tastes good and it isn't grainy. Nice and smooth. It is sweet, i like that, and makes it taste like a treat. Must admit it was fairly filling though I'm only gonna use as an emergency meal. I'm not blue on the value but bits on the cheaper end money wise. Smells nice looks appetising easy to mix. Very easy. It's good enoigh quality for the price . Worth a try.

I usually buy the vanilla flavour one of this product but decided to opt for a change and go with the berries flavour and I'm really pleased that I did. I mix with milk and it tastes just like a strawberry milkshake! I use this before hitting the gym early as I can't stomach breakfast at that time. It keeps me full, doesn't bloat and gives plenty of energy. It does taste slightly oaty but that is considerably less noticeable with the berry flavour than the vanilla.

I love protein works, not sure it’s my taste buds but I thought this was a little grainy texture still after a longer blend/mix. If I leave it for a while the grainy bits kind melt in then it’s much smoother. Tastes ok, I made mine with almond milk to reduce calories as I cannot stand a watery tasteless shake made with water. Pleasant enough but I didn’t find it filling enough really. Decent enough protein hit, probably won’t buy again for me personally. I will try other ways to blend, maybe add some fruit to bulk slightly. I’m diabetic and didn’t increase my glucose too much either.

Really happy with product and helped me on my writing loss journey. Filling great flavour, not too powdery, mixed well. takes hunger away. Good value for money.

This has mixed reviews but I personally like it. It has an acquired aftertaste if you drink it cold. I personally prefer it hot. If you like sweet lattes you’ll like this. It has a slightly creamy oat like texture which makes it feel filling but tastes exactly like a coffee without the same level of caffeine. Pro’s: nice sweet taste, caramel & vanilla latte flavour, green tea extract, low calories, great breakfast alternative, great if you’re cutting down on caffeine & trying to snatch your waist. Cons: if you don’t like cold coffee you may not like this. Tip: use hot water in a coffee mug. If you don’t like sweet things this might not be for you. I will likely try another flavour and use this when I want a coffee & breakfast 2 in 1 and I’m short on time. I love this brand & their pancakes are amazing.

Ich habe mir den Geschmack Apfel-Zimt gekauft. Ich habe mir nie gedacht, dass so gut einen Mahlzeit Ersatz schmecken kann. Es ist so als ich einen Apfelstrudel essen würde. Wirklich lecker. Für einiger Zeit bleibst auch noch satt. Ich kann es empfehlen.

Io lo uso come sostitutivo cena, il gusto non è male ma quello al cacao è più buono. Chiaramente non sazia come una cena ma fa il suo mestiere.

La polvere per colazione è un ottimo alleato contro il tempo! Il sapore mela e cannella è favoloso, non è troppo dolce e stucchevole! Lo adoro e soddisfa le mie aspettative inoltre fa rimanere sazi fino ad ora di pranzo! Ottimo!
