I have been taking this brand of Pregnenalone for several years. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon for the same price I was paying at my provider’s office and it was delivered straight to my door!

I love this stuff - as with most menopausal women its hard to fall asleep and stay asleep - after 3 years of sleepless nights and disturbed sleep I am sleeping again - for that I am absolutely delighted, I generally take 2 pills after breakfast and no problems no side affects - I tried taking just one but found that I could not fall asleep easily, two works fine, the crazy vivid dreams give me a chuckle when I wake up - will definitely keep using

I’ve always used allergy research group. I wanted to go with a cleaner version. I cannot tell this works at all. does not help with sleep, etc.. not sure if it even contains Pregnenolone

Only Vitamin D we buy now. I was hesitant to move up to 10k ius per day, but this helps my resistance stay high.
