It helps to give a baseline of understanding for what you will do and why. The book is good, but nowhere near comprehensive enough. A list of all basic foods and their content of Potassium etc would be really useful so that we can expand our base menus. The recipes in the book are really good especially showing the nutritional values as a percentage of what you should be eating in a day.
