El mejor batido de proteínas que he encontrado en relación calidad-precio, si esta muy alta, de fácil disolución y sabor agradable. Con leche de cabra no me ha gustado demasiado, pero mezclado con agua sabe muy bien. Me ha ayudado en mi pérdida de peso para compensar el equilibrio entre déficit calórico y gran aporte de proteínas. No solo es para quien desea ganar músculo, es un buen aporte nutricional a un precio muy razonable

Es la mejor proteína en polvo que he probado. Es un pelín cara pero merece la pena. El sabor está muy bien, otras marcas saben mucho a proteína o son más empalagosas. He probado la de chocolate, strawberry ice-cream y coockies and cream. Personalmente para después del ejercicio prefiero la strawberry porque es la más "fresca". Para antes el pre-entreno o desayunos prefiero la de chocolate. La de coockies and cream tiene como pequeños tropezoncillos de galleta. Todas se disuelven mejor en agua fría o temperatura ambiente. En agua caliente no se disuelve bien (por si a alguien se le ocurre hacer batidos calientes no queda bien disuelto). Como todas las proteínas en polvo contra más agua le eches el sabor es menos intenso. Está bien que haya diferentes tamaños de botes. Hay una proteína en polvo parecida de la misma marca que es la Clean formula, el sabor es distinto, más acartonado con la misma cantidad de proteína y agua, además se hace muchísima espuma. Es más barata pero para mí no merece la pena.
