Loved this brand of tamarind was smaller than expected made tamarind sauce which is a desert with water and sugar 😋 loved it however this brand seem to have had a few small rocks 🪨 in it factory nonetheless I'll buy from this company again very tasty

Can not eat or make into anything else . So so sticky and sour. Had to get read of it .

Product worked great and was good quality. Some seeds of course, but they get sieved out when making paste anyway.

I received fresh product. I made my own tamarind pulp for Thai dishes and homemade tropical syrup for drinks and frozen pops (nectar & “limbers”.) Absolutely delicious results. I grew up eating fresh tamarind fruit from trees in the backyard, so I’m well acquainted with how it should taste. And this stuff tastes quite good, tart and fresh.I took one star off because it is listed as seedless, but it does have smaller seeds. That’s fine if you’re making your own tamarind paste though, because you have to strain through a sieve anyway. But, the sellers should be more honest and upfront about the possible inclusion of some small seeds.Still, The tamarind itself is a quality product and I recommend it. I’ll be ordering more of it in the future. (Better than using bottled tamarind paste with tons of additives that alter the flavor.)
