Tastes good. No buzz from caffeine like other pre-workouts, which is a good thing, particularly later in the day. Portable and convenient too. Highly recommended!

Feeling the need to feel froggy
Good pre workout shot for people on the go. I travel a lot and is covenant to pack with you. The pre workout shot and protein shot is great for me and my workouts.

I love Frog Fuel Pre Workout! This stuff is amazing. I work a 223 schedule. The rotation back and forth from days to nights every 2 weeks will have me dragging both butt cheeks sometimes. Frog Fuel Pre Workout gives me a jolt without the cracked out jitters. Like the regular Frog Fuel, which I’m also a huge fan of, some folks complain about the taste. I’ve grown to love, if not absolutely crave it. Happily hooked for life! 🤙🏽

Arrived well packaged, product was indeed tart as stated in other reviews. Easy to tear top and empty contents into mouth on a run. Used 2 during a half marathon. Got rid of cramping with water around mile 5. Felt energy boost within the mile after popping one. Price was decent. Will continue to use during long runs, popping one every 30 to 40 mins.
