This pillow fit right into the flat part of his Dock A Tot. We only had to use it for a short while but it worked as far as his acid reflux and congestion. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because he slid down his Dock A Tot throughout the night, however I don't think this can be avoided regardless of how the pillow is used.
