Overall, I liked the product. I was unhappy with the packaging... when I first opened the box, little pieces of broken sage fell out everywhere. At first, i thought the abalone shell was broken! However, the sage just wasn’t wrapped so it was just bouncing around in the box slowly getting broken while being delivered.It’s not unusable - just annoying. The abalone shell is beautiful.
