I really like this waist trimmer. The material feels durable and it fits nicely around the waist. It’s comfortable to wear during workouts or even while doing daily activities. It helps increase sweating in the abdominal area and provides good support. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I would definitely buy it again.

This item was in the trash 3 minutes after it was opened :( AND i just reordered a LARGER SIZE. Yes i am an idiot who believed the reviews to go with a smaller size. I wear a L in shirts so went with reviews that said how large this runs. Total BS. Got it on after much struggle “hoping” it would stretch. Nope. Had to cut it off and toss it in the trash. My fault for believing others. Will try it in my size as it appeared to be very much a quality-made product. I didnt do stars as i want to be honest. *** UPDATE **** Don't always believe the good reviews, check the dates. Good reviews are older so maybe this product has changed?? Received my 2nd order of a larger size, which still needs to be a larger size in order to not choke my mid-section. Advise: BUY A LARGER SIZE THAN YOU NORMALLY WEAR IN SHIRTS OR ANYTHING ELSE! It is shaped like a funnel. The top that goes over your mid section is very small and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The bottom is fine. THERE IS NO STRETCH TO THIS WHATSOEVER. I have used this twice and did not sweat a drop. It definitely holds you in - as in cannot breathe. I have wasted $50 on 2 of these. Will be returning the 2nd one - not sure for which reason 1) WAY too small to be comfortable to workout in or 2) does not make me sweat AT ALL. I really really wanted this to work for me :(

I'll keep it fairly short and sweet for you all: I'm going to return as it does not fit my shorter torso well. My waist is 29", hips are 39", muffin top is 32", and ribcage is 33". With all that being noted, I ordered a small as I was concerned after losing an inch or so the shaper wouldn't fit well. HOWEVER, getting that bad boy over them hips was a daggone struggle and I was tired. 😂 I tried to go over the head and my 32DDs laughed at me. In the >10 minutes I had it on I can see the sweat potential as it was already retaining a good amount of heat. I purposely stretched, did some squats, and lots of bending to see if it would roll or anything - it did not. HOWEVER, if you have a short torso this may not work for you. It may bunch or stop at an awkward position on your sides or butt as it did for me. As much as I want to order a size up and try again, I'll have to look into other products first.

I’m 5’ 165lbs, I work out 6 days a week, eat healthy and have an active lifestyle. Measurements: 38” x 34” x 42”. I bought a size medium. It fits perfectly and is very comfortable. It stays put and does not roll. It makes your waist sweat like you would not believe. The sweat does not poor out. It is easy to hand wash and does not smell. I was hesitant about buying this because of some negative reviews but at such a great price I figured it was worth a try. I did notice many of these bad reviews came from folks that are bigger. Instead of a waist band maybe consider a sauna suit. I mean no shade or disrespect as I use those too and are absolutely amazing. I absolutely love this product and highly recommend.

I am 5’6 & 197lbs, I’m 3m postpartum from having a C-section, & mother or 3. I wear a size large but ordered a medium due to a comment suggesting to do so. It is snug & hard to put on at first but I do like the support I get with it being tighter & seemed to loosen after the first wear. I originally ordered this because I was looking for something to make my belly sweat. After completing a 30 minute workout it did produce moisture but I wouldn’t say it produced more than what I normally produce without the product, it’s just more noticeable when removing the trainer because you see the sweat. I was expecting to be dripping sweat but unfortunately I wasn’t. My face was so I know I did an intense enough exercise to produce sweat. When just wearing it around the house to clean I don’t get any moisture at all while wearing this trainer, so it’s more so only beneficial if wearing out while working out. I do like that it is long so it covers my full back & lower stomach (csection shelf), I even have an inch extra of material. The quality is okay, the stitching is already coming loose at the bands that keep the trainer in place, but I can’t expect too quality for such a cheap price. Overall, I’m satisfied, I just wish it made me sweat more. I will continue to use it with workouts & update in 3 months.

Sooooo when I was looking online for a waist type trainer, I didn't want anything that had hooks or anything, just wanted something to help my midsection sweat as even tho my entire body gets warm except my midsection when exercising I wanted to help it out since I started working out again on 8/31/2020, after focusing 4 months on nutrition I went primarily vegan, but follow a pescatarian diet. I do have sweet sweat, but why use that when you can use this & you just have to rinse it off after using it? I'm telling you, I'm only doing 30-40 home workouts with Beachbody on demand & I have to stand in the shower to roll it down with the amount of sweat that comes out, I'd rather it be in the shower than on my bath mat or the floor. I did size down, I got an XXL, the sides of my shorts & the middle get super sweaty due to the seams in those spots, but it's a great feeling to see all the sweaty mess. Once this gets loose I will keep buying them sizing down, & will continue to purchase as I'm finally sweating in an area I've never sweat before without using this product or sweet sweat. I'm going to get the tank next time tho so there's more coverage for my upper back as well. Eventually going to get the pants as well, just wanted to see how this product worked first before getting a bunch of items! Highly recommend, this is not a quick fit, its a tool.
