Ended neck and arm pain after one night!
This pillow ended chronic neck pain and shooting nerve pain down each arm after the first night of use. It isn't exactly comfortable, but it works like nothing other. I'm a side sleeper. Priced right and made in USA to boot!

This pillow is overstuffed and too firm for comfort
I was pleased with how promptly the package arrived. However, I was not pleased with the product (the Cervical Support Pillow).Prior to ordering the Cervical Support Pillow, I had purchased, and returned, two pillows of similar design. The first was the "Tri-Core" cervical pillow. This pillow was offered in "Firm" and "Gentle" versions, and I ordered the "Gentle" version. However, it was too firm. While I sleep for part of the night on my back, for which the front roll and center depression yield good cervical alignment, I sleep on my side for the rest of the night. For side sleeping, the corners, or "wings," of the pillow are supposed to give proper support to the head (on its side). However, the "Gentle" Tri-Core pillow was so firm that it was a little like resting my head on a brick, and my ear, sandwiched between my head and the very firm "wing" of the pillow began to hurt after only a few minutes on my side. Because of this, I didn't even finish out one night with the Tri-Core pillow and promptly returned it for a refund. The next cervical pillow I ordered was the Roscoe Medical PP3113 Cervical Pillow. Again, I ordered the softer of the offerings, and although it was slightly softer than the Tri-Core pillow, it was still so firm that my ear hurt after less than an hour on my side. I returned it for a refund as well. Then I found your Cervical Support Pillow offered as "soft," so I ordered it on the hope that it was significantly softer than the previous two pillows I had tried and returned. Although your Cervical Support Pillow was slightly softer than the previous two pillows, it too was so firm that my ear hurt after trying to sleep on my side.Having handled and tried to sleep on three different cervical pillows, all stuffed with "polyester fiberfill," I've made some observations and formed some conclusions, as follows:First, the fact that the "softness" of all three pillows was only slightly different from one another suggests they were all stuffed by the same manufacturer/stuffer.Second, all of these pillows seemed "soft to the touch" -- that is, when compressed with the hand, they all felt soft. However, the weight of the head on these pillows is actually much less than the pressure one can apply with the hand and barely compresses the pillow, so what is "soft to the touch" is firm to the head. (And I have a big head, so if my head doesn't compress the pillow, no one else's head will either.) Given that these pillows were "soft to the touch," I've concluded that the manufacturer, when assessing the softness of the pillow, tested with the hand, and not with the head. And certainly only a handful of pillows are tested during the stuffing process (which is consistent with most manufacturing processes), so the softness of any given pillow is likely not determined. Finally, it seems to me that the "guy on the line" running the stuffing machine (probably earning minimum wage) fills the pillow until it's "well" pumped up, not really paying attention to the "softness" or "sleepability" of the pillow. In case you are unaware, polyester fiberfill can be packed so tightly, and thus compressed so much, as to render the result literally hard. A softer result is achieved simply by filling the pillow with less polyester fiberfill. With less polyester fiberfill, the pillow will fully puff up, but is softer to the touch (and to the head).Instead of returning your Cervical Support Pillow for a refund and hoping to find an adequately soft pillow from another vendor, I decided to take matters into my own hands and correct the problem myself. So I cut about three inches of the stitching at two of the corners, stuck my hand through the opening into the fiberfill stuffing, and pulled out many handfuls of the tightly packed stuffing. When expanded, the uncompressed fiberfill that I pulled out of the pillow nearly filled two plastic produce bags (the plastic bags provided in supermarkets for you to put produce in). Then I resewed the seams I had cut. What stuffing remained in the pillow expanded to fully "puff out" the pillow -- that is, it looks as fully stuffed as before, but the two wings from which I removed fiberfill (one on the right, the other on the left) are much softer than before my stuffing-removal process. Now when I sleep on my side with my head resting on one of the wings from which I removed some stuffing, my ear feels just fine, even after hours.I don't know if you have any control over the quality/softness of your pillows, or if you even care about customer satisfaction with the product itself, but if you have both control and concern, I urge you to take steps to significantly reduce the stuffing in your "soft" Cervical Support Pillows. Naturally, some people may want a firmer pillow, so it would make sense to offer a "firm" version. But from comments I have seen people make in response to the other pillows I ordered and returned, the softer version I am suggesting (with less stuffing) will be very popular.

Could be better
This pillow is soft & works well if you only want to sleep on your back, but it falls short for side sleeping. The sides meant to support the head for side sleeping are vary narrow & I find my head rolling off of them very easily. I think there are much better versions of this pillow out there that have a smaller un-padded middle part & larger padded sides. I'm using this pillow for now because it is still better than any pillow I've found yet, but I sleep on my side too much for it to truly be beneficial. Will be looking for a better brand.

Be patient- don't judge after ONE night.
Thankful I read reviews and bought the "soft" version" because the edge filling is still "firm." This pillow was recommended to me by Dr. treating my neck. It took me a week to get used to it and I'm glad I didn't give up. I'm more of a side sleeper and I can't say it's "dreamy comfortable" for a side sleeper, but, it helps keep my head aligned correctly and promoting back sleeping and I have not had neck pain overnight since using it. I can sleep on side - just takes a bit of adjusting. I would also get numbness in my arms overnight and haven't since using this pillow. It must have trained my bad sleeping habits and I can now sleep through the night without waking up with a locked/stiff neck or numbness.

Great
It was little too firm for my head & neck @ this time from revovery. My finance loves it though & sleeps great. He feels it's great on his neck.

worked great for a few weeks. However, after about a month or so, the neck portion of the pillow, went flat.

and I am in love with this
First time I ever used a cervical support pillow, and I am in love with this. Perfect size, and I love that you can have a softer or firmer side! It took me a couple of nights to get used to it, but now it's my "go to" pillow! Love it! Remember to let it air out for a couple of days to let the packing odor dissipate, but well worth it! Item was actually better than I thought, and the seller was awesome with quick, fast delivery! Highly recommend this pillow and this seller!

Awful
I tried sleeping on it but only made it thirty minutes or less on it. It is extremely hard but says soft. My neck hurt worse after those thirty minutes than it did before. I have osteoarthritis down my entire spine but my neck and low back is the worst areas.
