I Can hardly see the incision lines after 6 months post operation.The Mederma Advanced helped provide a (I'm sorry) Moist, environment to help keep unwanted keloids and the like forming, seemed to help soften the skin as well during the early stages of my healing. I didn't get to start using the PM Cream right away, but it, alongside the Merderma Advanced Scar gel, seem to provide around the clock scar healing to the point where its extremely faded against my normal skin tone. Something I don't think would have happened without it. I find the addition of rubbing the scars with the cream/ gel also promotes desensitizing as it doesn't cause me any discomfort.
