Goes on smooth great colors

I have been looking for this color in a liquid liner for some time. It glides on very smoothly and the color is nice (a little lighter than I was hoping, but still nice). However, by the end of the day it became somewhat powdery and started coming off. With a gentle swipe of my finger, it was halfway off.

The color is beautiful, the liner was easy to use with little to no drag, the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the wear doesn’t blow me away.

Beautiful rich color and ease of application make this a must have. Slender tube slips easily in purse for carry. Highly recommend!

Hi. I strongly advise not to purchase from the Milani Cosmetics line. I contacted them by email and phone multiple times due to poor and inefficient feedback from Milani. I am absolutely appalled by their company staff treatment!! Thelma, the phone representative, is very robotic, unfriendly, hostile, impatient, abrasive and incompetent. A manager, Jerrie, she is no better. Very dry, also impatient, cold and she hung up on me!! That is just fine. I will gladly report you to the Better Business Bureau.
