I have gifted this chocolate 3 times to women. It was a great idea each time.

The customer service is outstanding. I had to leave the country was giving this as a customized gift and they expedited this order twice as there was a spell error the first time and sent it to me the same day! Ordered this for my friends 40th, he loved it! Came packed with ice so no melting during this hot summer and was a big hit!

A big hit with the adult male to whom I sent it for Xmas. I knew he liked them. Toblerone reminds folks from Europe (and maybe many other places) of their childhoods, I’m guessing. He really was surprised by the personalization. I was happy I could use his real name, which has a “ç” in it, rather than his Americanized name.A good price point between stocking stuffer and capital “G” Gift.Being “personalized but not personal” also makes it appropriate for a variety of gift-giving occasions.Ordered 12/10/21 and delivered to California address well before Christmas.

Sorry that other folks had unfortunate experiences. For me, it was sheer perfection. Ordered the personalizedToblerone bar for our 3.5 year old grand daughter, a week before our planned visit, the goal was reinforcing the "triangle" shape. The 12.6 oz, huge Toblerone bar arrived 2 days into a week long visit, which was great timing. The box was much larger than expected. Once opened I realized the large box held a large amount of insulation, keeping the Toblerone bar cool and firm in the 70 degree Missouri temperature in May. The Toblerone bar arrived in great shape & my grand daughter's name was printed to perfection in the identical font as the word"Toblerone" The 3.5 year old was thrilled to pieces , identifying the shape of the chocolate as a triangle !What a great gift. Ordered this for my dear friend who just got awarded Teacher of the Year. Can't speak to the flavor or taste because it was a gift. Was hoping it would look as good as it did in the pic and he said it did and was awesome!! He was so excited and tickled with it. I highly recommend this personalized for a unique and meaningful gift!
