Flakes way to small. Almost crushed powder.
Very disappointed with the size of the flakes. It’s almost at a powder consistency. Cobalt makes some good products and I purchased these for my Mbuna, but was extremely disappointed with the quality of the flakes. That being said I will say my Mbuna go nuts for it. They absolutely love the stuff. But when you have fakes that are so crunches like this you have to extremely careful feeding. As just a pinch can cause huge amounts to get passed even Mbuna who just devour food. Probably will try a different Mbuna flake when this is done. I use a mix of new life spectrum pellets as my staple.

My fish love it
I have 46 gallon tank full of African Cichlids and they can't get enough of this food. Originally, I was able to find this food at my local fish store, but when they stopped carrying it...I got it here, and a lot cheaper!! I alternate between this, some sinking pellets, and frozen. My fish love this stuff just as much as the other foods. Great color too.

Normally great and HUGE size flakes, BUT this time they are all crushed!!!!!
Normally a great product that I supplement my fishes diet with. BUT, this time when I received it all the flakes are crushed and WAY to small. When I add the flakes to the tank, it looks like a shaken snow globe inside. In the past, there have been HUGE flakes, which my larger Fish love and eat right away. But, now when I feed the tank with these "microscopic" flakes my fish just stare at them and think to themselves, "REALLY?!" I am so so disappointed this time around and I am on the fence about whether I should make another purchase.

the fish really like this flake food and the container is HUGE! I feed Mollies, Platys, Swordtails, angelfish, pleco, and snails... none of them turn their fins up at it. Of course they are fed other types of foods but this is my favorite flake food so far

Best Flake Food
I bought this container in January and it is still half full. It's mid-August now. My fishes really like this food, I believe this is the best way to incorporate spirulina into my omnivores diets. Most fish flake is crap, but this stuff is great great great.

Spirulina for all!
My fish just LOVE this stuff. I'm not sure who is trained - them or me, but when I go over to feed them, they all come up to the front and basically line up to be the first to poach whatever I pinch in there for them.I used to use tropical flakes, and the fish were fine, but they grow faster and seem to be healthier with Spirulina. Highly recommend Spirulina.

Happy fish
My tropical fish love this stuff and I have peace of mind knowing it's nutritious. I will probably keep buying this instead of API flakes. They seem to like the taste better

Decent food
My African chiclids seem to like it and eat it with no problems. Only issue is that the food is not in big flakes. More like almost crumbled powder.
