How soft is this? Any comparison?

Its one of the softest formula we have. It will have a lot more of action and bounce.

Why does my order of this product continue to be cancelled? Ordered it twice and both orders were cancelled for no apparent reason.

Where do you live? Might be that you can’t get in your state, I get mine here in Fl no problem.
