I am so glad I read this book, as it has empowered me by giving the steps needed on how to add more freedom to my life via implementing business systems. I am now revamping my business procedures, on how I can best create a system for anyone to work in that area of the business once hired! Thank you so much David for writing this book!

I had heard that Kauffman was using a similar approach to small business as Michael Gerber, whose brilliant book "E-Myth Revisited" has influenced my strategy and organization for years. Gerber's main point is to shift the way you look at your business so that you are less of a doer and more of a leader (is the way I would say it). He taught me to "work ON my business, not just IN my business." Yes, Kauffman explains this as well, in his own style, and with stories and examples that I found more relatable than I've found in any other similar book I've read, including Gerber's. "Freedom to Succeed" is easy to digest...I want everyone in my company to read it. For example, I think it will help my employees see the importance of setting up systems and also HOW to do it. This is a well-written book that gave me new avenues of access to strategies I already knew were important, and now feel within reach.

I cannot count how many business books I have read - this one is different. For one thing, I think I will remember it long-term because I am going to implement at least two ideas from it in my business immediately. First, I've always known that systems are important -- Freedom To Succeed showed me HOW to easily create a system for every process in my company that has a repeatable procedure. It is really simple, and brilliant! Also, the author includes a great assessment tool in the back of the book. I am really glad I saw this now, as it will help me know what to focus on for the rest of the year. The book is not written like a textbook or manual - lots of real-world examples and some humorous stories have the author's personality come through. I recommend the book because it is a fast read but the material sticks. I found it very helpful.

Love this book! David has the ability to keep the reader engaged fully through his unique "story-telling" format, yet drives home solid principals for managing your business and ensuring accountability. I highly recommend this book to all Entrepreneurs and business owners.
