Oh my goodness! Both me and my husband love this stuff! I'm used to getting the like 5 dollar Dr teal Epsom salts at my local Walmart. I decided to see what I could find in place of the usual.Never tried dead Sea salts before and a little research told me that they by themselves were more complex then Epsom salts because of the extra nutrients so I thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did.I love that little wooden scoop, it's super cute in my book but I've always been a fan of wooden utensils and whatnot. I've tried this twice this week because I've had such a stressful week but I'm a stressful person by nature (I suffer daily from depression and anxiety) so for me to be even more stressed, it's been a real bad week...the first attempt I did notice something and my husband was the first to try because his heel aches a lot lately and relaxing bathes help he says, this is just a bonus for me ;) but he definitely noticed something on just 1 scoop but last night I used twice what I did the first time, as i don't think i put the whole quarter cup in the first time, the wooden scoop looks like it's close to 1-1.25 tablespoon size 1/4 cup is 4 tablespoons so I put 4 instead of 2 scoops in the first round, but I was so relaxed that I didn't need to take the 5 minute neck stretching I do to pop my neck it already felt as more then my usual relaxed state before doing so I get stress headaches because of the tension in my neck and shoulders. I got out and hid under a blanket watching TV with my husband for over an hour and didn't want to move. I was awake and alert (lemon does that lol) but every muscle in my body didn't want to move they felt so good. Took much willpower to move just a couple inches for that first hour afterwards. Not even after a 90 minute massage have I ever felt that relaxed. I woke up a little sluggish because iwasn't ready to get out of bed, felt real good up until i got into the car to drive lol. But my skin... I used to have soft skin but started neglecting it because of financial trouble 2 years ago so I have been disappointed in how it felt to the touch.... Those 2 baths helped restore my skin 75% of the way it used to be by itself. I am amazed I really am. My husband said it is worth the 25 dollars even though I don't like paying that high for stuff like this in general (5 dollars for Epson salts that's 20 dollars difference), but it definitely is worth it! I'm so glad I gave it a chance. Not to mention, you're supposed to get 8 baths out of that jar for 25(so far so good on the 3-4 "leveled" scoop mark), sounds like a deal to me. Especially since a massage can cost lots more then that for just 1. Now I have to admit. I might be cheating here a little and could be doing something damaging to my tub if not careful. But I have one of those nicer tubs that have the Jets ....but I've had that tub for 3 years now and not once have I ever, EVER felt that relaxed or good. Just need to combine with a candle, too bright in there otherwise lol too dark without the light.This is definitely going to be added into my weekly home spa treatment lol. Takes up what I spend every month on this thing for myself but it seems worth it.Update: I ordered the ultimate relaxation one, it smells so good! I originally bought the detox version but this one smells super wonderful.Love your products!

This product is AMAZING! A little goes a long way, let me tell you! The scent is so heavenly but can be strong. The first time I used it I ran my bath, threw some of these salts in and left the room to go get my book and water. When I opened the door to go back in I was floor by a wall of steam and the smell of these salts. If you're really sensitive to smells, maybe not the best product for you. But if you're like me and scents control you (relaxes you, rejuvenates you, energizes you, etc...), then these are for you for sure! I don't think I even read in the bath the first time I used these. I was just so relaxed and at peace. Just lit a few candles and laid back. I've used just about the entire container and I'm getting ready to re-order some more. I actually purchased this to help with detoxing since I was going to quit smoking. Due to some unforeseen conflicts, that wasn't possible and I'm getting ready to try again. These salts though, were so amazing at helping me calm down, find my center and relax that I ended up going through the whole container before I could use them for what I really intended to use them for. I do not need them for the "slim down" portion of their use so I cannot attest to if they would help with that or not. I'm not sure if they even worked to detox since I used them so sporadically, but I am assuming that is why I was able to relax so much during and after my baths (especially during such a stressful time). I will be repurchasing these and I honestly recommend that you purchase this brand (in whatever scent you think would benefit you the most). The quality is amazing! The salts themselves are fairly large (for what you normally see in a bath salt) but they still dissolve quickly so you're not stepping or sitting on sharp salt when you climb in the tub and you're not cleaning leftover pieces out of the tub after. And again, the smell is just amazing! I just wish you could buy this in other sizes as well. I would have all of the scents in the biggest size!

This product delivers what it claims. I have been using it for over a year. Nice, clean scent. Not overpowering. Great detox benefits as well.

Recently became the owner of a French Bulldog. As a new puppy she already had 3 or 4 hot spots on her skin. Quick research told me that was a common issue for the breed and one site recommended an all natural spa bath soak rather than sudsy soap or shampoo. Took a bit to find an all natural salt bath, but this product showed up in my search and had good ratings.When I made the first tub of water and added the mineral soak, it felt a bit oily to me. So I was concerned that I would have to soak my pups more frequently. That has turned out to be unfounded! I also have a yorkie, so I gave both dogs their bath in warm water with the salts added. I just let them stand in it while I continued pouring it over them and rubbing their fur and skin with my finger tips. They smelled great afterward and the puppy's skin cleared up within just a couple of days.Fast forward. I typically bathed my yorkie every other weekend because his fur became oily and he smelled. I have only used this soak once so far on both dogs. That was 5 weeks ago!! Both have fluffy clean looking fur and neither has any type of odor. I wish there was more product in the container for the money, but it should last awhile if I only have to bathe my dogs every 4-6 weeks. Will definitely continue to buy!
