I have at least 6 different memory foam pillows, including an orthopedic one designed to keep your neck in alignment during the night but I still woke up with a really tight neck and in severe pain. I’m so glad I gave this pillow a try. The angle and curves of the memory foam support your head, neck and shoulders wonderfully and I have have slept through the night without waking up in pain!!!The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the lower part of the pillow kept rolling up. I was able to fix this by taking off the covering (which is easy to remove, wash, and get back on), and cutting off 1 inches of the foam along the edge. It lays flat now, no more rolling up at the bottom! I loved everything about this pillow but unfortunately with my very unruly (and persnickety) neck it wasn't quite high enough at the cervical region for me, (I need very high support at cervical region and prefer a soft memory foam pillow -both of which are difficult to find in one pillow) and it is not the fault of this manufacturer. This is an amazing pillow. The quality materials are outstanding. There is a huge space between my neck and the pillow when I sleep on my side. I inserted a rolled up hand towel, so we will see if that helps. The neck curve is too long to get your head to the correct indentation and the slope is too gentle. There is no way someone can sleep on it as shown in the photo and get the correct support.
