Superb compilation of powerful direct teachings by the great Master
I have just begun reading this but, just as with Mohan Gaitonde's prior work ("Nothing is Everything"), this compendium of teachings by the great Nisargadatta Maharaj is very effective for bringing one to the Final Understanding. Every page is an exquisite gem for detailed examination and rumination. In my opinion, unlike Sri Ranjit Maharaj, Nisargadatta appears to place more emphasis on meditation and reciting of the Guru Mantra than intellectual understanding, but both are equally effective in getting a spiritual aspirant to the Ultimate Understanding that transcends intellect altogether. IMO, both "Nothing is Everything" and the works by Jean Dunn ("Consciousness & the Absolute" and "Prior to Consciousness") are much deeper and potent than "I Am That" but probably require more prior experience in spiritual sadhana for proper comprehension, since none of these works are written for spiritual novices. However, this is not surprising because, IMO, nobody has elucidated teachings that are deeper than those of Maharaj--this far surpasses teachings of classical Yoga (i.e., Patanjali) or even other Jnana traditions.

Nectar
Anything coming from Nisargadatta is nectar to me, so reading this is wonderful. Many of these these discourses are geared for the local Marathi and other Indian people who came to him, as evidenced by the many references to gurus, gods, meditations and so on. If you are versed in Hinduism and traditional yogic paths this adds an extra spice to this work. His more famous book, I Am That, is for those who resonate to the more subtle realm of pure non-duality, as it is mostly devoid of such references. Both are valid, their relative potency is in the eye of the beholder. He always pointed to the truth, and what was said many times depended on who was in the room according to my friends who were there with him. Anything from this great teacher is worthy of investigation and will bring joy and priceless insights to the right reader.

Excellent ebook with lectures and discourses from NM
Excellent ebook with lectures and discourses from NM. These discourses seem very close to what the original would have been like, with an easy conversational tone suited to the Indian-type audience that would have been in attendence. I like the style, length and points that come across in each talk, and which lead the listener back to NM's basic premise again and again. Great work and highly recommended for students of his teachings in Advaita.

That Tvam Asi
This is well done. Occasional redundancy is acceptable. If you like Nisagartti, this is right in!

Transcends the mind.........truly amazing!
Amazing book in that you feel you are sitting at Maharaj’s feet and hearing him give the talks. Each page has the strength and pointedness of his words. Have read all the prior books, but this touches you more than any of the others. Like Maharaj says, the teachings are not for the mind but for the consciousness, and truly, that is where they reach. Thanks to all who have helped in putting this book together.
