When I used the mist, I got an immediate burning in my throat, even though I was outside and upwind. Best to just put some on a rag, and even then, you'll need a good N95 mask at a minimum. That said, you can see that it was remarkably effective on a several year old stain, where my rusty old gutters leaked onto my painted lower roof.
