These mats are just right to protect my new baking sheets. I've made blueberry pie crumble and it didn't stick! Cookies came right off, too. I would recommend them.

I bought these mats after buying the Amazon basic mats that you could smell burning plastic at 400 degrees. These are easy to use and clean, so far no plastic smell at 400 degrees in the oven and nothing has stuck to them. I appreciate the high quality and easy clean up.

If a product is good, country of origin is not important to me. Listings usually disclose this information. Silpats make bakers job so much easier

These are great for cookies, but I used one of them to put Chinese crab omelets on it to keep them warm in the oven, and I can't get the smell out. Quality is excellent and it works well for cookies.

Used for baking bread at 425 degrees. No weird smell or brown/black spots. Spend the money and get the real deal. The cheap ones are just that.

Quality great

Used them yesterday to bake cookies. They are not thin and flimsy. They have a nice weight and stays in place on cookie sheet. My cookies didn’t stick and clean up was a breeze. Would highly recommend them.
