A: As others have said USB isn't a special cord it's the new standard that allows you to plug it in upside down. No annoying fumbling.

**Q: I tried buyin these renewed last year but wound up with two ear buds from two different sets so they would not pair together. Will they work??**
A: They are probably from the same set just the headphone software needs to be updated. when you connect them to the Samsung gear app you can update the software one at a time. after that you need to re-pair them via blue tooth with the case. that should fix the problem. i had the same issue and that fixed it for me.

### ⭐ Poor Quality and Fell Apart in Months

Very disappointed with this purchase. When I first unboxed the earbuds, they were already scratched, especially around the wireless charging area, which is unacceptable even for a renewed product. The connectivity has been inconsistent from the start, often struggling to connect to my phone and making them frustrating to use. After only a few months, the build quality became an even bigger issue. The top half of the case completely broke off and is now detached, which makes it difficult to store and charge the earbuds properly. On top of that, the ear tips were uncomfortable and hurt my ears, so they just were not a good fit for me. Overall, poor condition, unreliable performance, and weak durability. Would not recommend.
