GENKI 1 Third Edition Textbook and Workbook , Japanese Vocabulary 3 Books Bundle Set

I was hesitant to buy it due to the price, but at the urging of others I took the plunge. So glad I did! I went ahead and got the third edition because it's supposedly better with explanations than the second edition, and comparing it with friends' second editions, I agree. It's also updated to have more modern vocab. I've been learning more than I have with any other way of studying!

Good material. Would buy again.

can't beat this set, it comes with everything you need to start learning and has the books most beginning Japanese students will need for class. The reference sheet is really nice to have.

This book is the best i seen so far for learning Japanese

This book is for my son and he is learning by himself and loves it

The romanization of long vowel sounds is different from what I'm used to and doesn't make sense. Sensei is romanized as sensee, otousan as otoosan, etc. This is despite the "i" and "u" kana being used in the japanese spelling of those words to indicate the extended vowel. Everything else seems fine though, and it was a good deal.

It arrive on time and also I got the items has described by the seller. Very nice. Hope to start my studies soon.
