I use it to activate the opposite/reciprocal muscles on the ems function, in order to force my hypertense muscles to calm down (multiple back surgeries/disc and nerve impingement). Love the cordless function! Makes it easier to sustain use. The only reason it’s not five stars is the pads wear out quickly and require special care to maximize use. That being said, you can rig up other pads to work with this model and that makes it worth it! I will buy a second model eventually to have a back up.
