Copper Fit ICE Knee Compression Sleeve Infused with Menthol

Does what they’re supposed to do.
I’m going to need bilateral knee surgery in a few years and I just graduated physical therapy. The therapist recommended that I get knee sleeves to keep everything where it’s supposed to and these do just that. They’re made very, very well and very durable. They’ll hold up a very long time. After the first time of putting them on, easy to do by the way, I was virtually pain free instead of almost in tears. The compression is perfect and I got L/XL, the fit is perfect as well. For reference I’m 5’2” and weigh 185, I know, I know….. Anyway, I’ve gained my mobility and functions back of my knees. I’m not at 100%, but it’s there and I’m happy about that. If you’re suffering from knee pain, I do recommend these knee sleeves.

Elevate Your Lifts with this Outstanding Knee Sleeve
I recently added this knee sleeve to my gym gear, and it has proven to be an absolute game-changer for my lifting sessions. From the moment I slipped it on, I could feel the support and stability it provided, making it an indispensable companion for my workouts.First and foremost, the fit of this knee sleeve is nothing short of perfection. It contours to my knee snugly without being overly restrictive, allowing for a full range of motion during exercises. The material is both flexible and supportive, ensuring a comfortable fit that doesn't compromise on performance. The durability of the sleeve is impressive. It has held up well to regular use and intense gym sessions, showing no signs of wear or tear. The reinforced stitching adds to its robust construction, making it a reliable choice for those who put their gear through the paces. One notable feature is the breathability of the material, preventing excessive heat buildup during workouts. This is particularly important for longer training sessions, ensuring comfort without sacrificing performance.

Fit is suspect
I have the correct size, it feels good and snug… but it wants to work down my knee while I’m out walking.

I wish it had fit me better - support was great, but size was bad
My knee has had arthroscopy, and my orthopedic surgeon says it's time for a knee replacement. Since it's not a great time in my life, I thought I'd try this knee brace since it's advertised constantly on television. Once I put it on, it was immediately apparent that it was made for someone in much better shape than I'm in! I ordered the L/XL size, and according to the box, that should fit 16"-20" around the knee. That part fit fine, and oh, did it feel good. The menthol was just the right amount, and made my knee feel much better. As I went through the day, standing up and sitting down was much easier, with the support of the knee sleeve. The only problem was the upper portion. It was way too tight on my mid-thigh, and after a while, started rolling down. It pinched the entire time, and was extremely uncomfortable. The box had no measurement guide (nor did the Amazon listing) as to how large the sleeve was at the top. Out of the box, it's about 15". and stretched, it's about 20" or so. By the time I lowered the sleeve enough so that it didn't hurt my thigh, it gave no support to my knee.If the company made a sleeve that was exactly the same, only larger at the top, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Really good give it a try
I've used copper fit for quite some time now. Im an " essential worker ", working half my life, im 37, male. My knees ache and hurt from years of work. I've used knee sleeves for a few years. I've tried the off brands but they've been meh. I try to get the legit copper fit knee sleeves but even those lose their elasticity after a month or so of wearing them 5 - 6 days a week. A coworker who knows i use copper fit recommended the copper fit ice to me, she said she had been using them and she felt great. Amazon has them for a great price, in stock,, and for prime shipping. I have ordered direct from copper fit and had the items back ordered for months - no bs not exaggerating - 4 months - I called them asking what was going on, why do they run commercials non stop if they have none in stock. The large / extra large fit me just right. I am male, 5'10, 205 lbs or so. They are a thicker diff material then the regular copper fit sleeves, and had a menthol - y smell when I opened them. They have been great for the last week I have used them. I forget I have them on, im not experiencing constant pain or aches. I am off tomorrow and will give them a hand wash and see how they go for week two, but as of right now I recommend them. I think for comfort I'd prefer the regular copper fit and the more thin stretchy material, but as I said those seem to wear out / stretch out somewhat quickly, and I have " recency bias ", of about ten days ago, leaning on a wall in a corridor in grand central Station in nyc, taking my sneakers off one at a time, to remove the regular copper fit knee sleeves that kept falling down for the previous hour. And all the passersby weird looks I got. So I think the copper fit ice is better and may last longer.

Extraordinary support.
I'm 57-years old and this is the first time I've ever used any kind of brace like this. I was getting on the elliptical machine 3x/week for 20 minutes at ~ 6.0 mph, and my right knee was threatening to end my ability to continue to work out. Three twenty minute session a week at ~6.0 mph means I was doing about 6 miles a week. I'd have to ice my knee after every session, and that helped but it was unsustainable. Within a week of purchasing this I was up to about 60 miles a week with zero pain at all. There's no inflammation any longer and I'm really enjoying exercising again. It's been a couple months now and it's one of the best purchases I've made. I reluctantly gave this only 4 stars for stability because usually once a session (which is 60-90 minutes a day these days), it starts to slip just a bit. I just reach down without even breaking stride, give it a little tug and it's right back to where it needs to be. Frankly, I'm more than satisfied with that level of stability but if this product has a weakest link - that is probably it. I wish the weakest link in every area of my life was that benign.
