Can the small packets be recycled?

Not sure because they will be laced with the product and I know recycling wants clean materials in the bins.

You are asking the wrong question. You want to ask where the product ingredients are sourced. Many ingredients are obtained from China, the product is then made in the USA. Liveon labs does say they do extensive test though.
