This brand has made a difference in this new stage I am going through. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helping with mood swings; no weight loss *by L***M on April 5, 2021* I've been taking the Menofit probiotic for almost 3 weeks now. I got it to help with symptoms after being on chemo for a long time as well as being in surgical menopause (I'm 29). Within the first week I noticed a decrease in bloating and GI problems and a reduction in hot flashes. The most amazing thing however has been how much it has helped with my mood swings and depression. I can't say that it will do that for everyone but it has helped me some and I am thrilled. The only negatives are that I have not seen any weight loss and also I had to cut back from 2 to 1 pill and take it at night because I was feeling weak and having additional brain fog. Reducing the dose and taking it at night seems to help with that.
