It has all you need for a fishing kayak. Heavier that expected at 44lbs, but that's my weakness, I purchased an Ozark kayak cart to get to and from the car or from storage to lake.

This was a gift for my husband and I’m so glad I got it. It’s hardshell so there no worry about inflating any part of it which added to its stability. My husbands 5’10 so I worried that there wouldn’t be proper leg room but it fit perfectly. I will say that it didn’t come with a paddle. There is a back rest chair for comfort and support. Along with slots for his fishing gear that can be easily accessed. It’s a bit on the heavier side I would recommend transport with two people.

Fastest delivery EVER! When ordered, I saw the delivery date was TWO days! The wife and I laughed and laughed. Two days later it was here! Arrived in excellent shape, Packing still intact. Kayak is as promised. Excellent condition, high quality. Kayak is all that comes. My introduction to a boat being "a hole in the water you pour money into". Had to order paddles, life vest, an inexpensive cart to haul it around and dry bags to keep stuff dry.. Only weighs 44 pounds but that can be a lot for some people. (like me, I'm old) Still need an anchor, ropes, and a whistle.

Amazing product but the center console always comes off and the seat is uncomfortable but great storage and design is awesome the weight is very light and easy to carry

Comfortable and easy to manuver

Absolutely fantastic kayak for the price. The quality and features are on par with most $1000+ kayaks. For the price this thing is an absolute steal. Very comfortable seat and the layout works well for fishing. The first time I took it out I caught a 30 inch gar and fought a couple massive tarpon in the Everglades. I paddled by several alligators longer than my kayak and felt safe and stable. I definitely trust this kayak although I wouldn’t try to stand in this one as it’s not quite wide enough to do that comfortably. Overall this Kayak is a fantastic value. If it can handle the Everglades then it can definitely handle anything the northern states can throw at it if you reside there.

The pelican sentinel is a good fishing kayak that is stable and comfortable. Unfortunately the one I ordered arrived broken so I have to return it. This seems to be a regular problem with kayaks from Amazon. Interestingly the damage my kayak had is very similar to others: the keel is broken or misshapen to the point that the kayaks integrity and performance are compromised. Not sure how these kayaks are being stored, but it's causing them to be defective.
