Good quality saucer pot, 3Qt is a perfect size everyone needs. Thick bottom, comfortable handle and decent scratch resistance. Overall worth the money.

I am loving this pan. It looks great (nice and shiny). It washes up beautifully and cooks well. I personally wash it by hand, I haven't put it in the dishwasher. It's the exact size I was looking for to make sauces and small amounts of food. I find the cup measurements being inside the pan are helpful also. I am so glad I purchased it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a typically excellent Cuisinart pan. I have used stainless steel cookware all my long life and still use pots that are over 60 years old. I also own many “ high end” multi ply pans as well as “cheap “ disk bottom ones. If you are experienced these disk bottom pots and pans function as well as their more expensive cousins. I see reviews claiming “rust” or even “chipping” . This is nothing more than salt burn. Salt is added after the water is hot and can be dissolved. These people did not do that. Salt attacks most metals. That said this is a well made, reasonably priced pan. I like mine and you will too.

One of my most used items. Perfect for warming up soup on the stove for 1 or 2. Great for making sauces. Super cute and the quality is lovely.

This pot is absolutely perfect for 3 people. It's not too small and not too large. Love the straining lid, what a idea right? The pot is scratch resistant and durable! It's a thick stainless steel and take a high heat and distributes it well. It's a great value for the money. Highly impressed! It cooks great and easy to clean. Can't complain!!

Cuisinart is a trusted name and they manufacturer quality kitchen products. I'm pleased with the size and craftsmanship of the 1-quart stainless steel saucepan purchased. Yet, I was surprised to discover that the lid handle gets too hot to hold after bringing food to a boil. I do have another brand that I've used for a long time and the lid handle doesn't get hot. Please consider this and check other reviews before buying.

Works great, the pot is a little thinner than lets say the homichef which is popular on amazon. So its more lightweight. We were looking for a stainless steel pot that was a bit bigger than homichef and this is a great pot.
