Great product, packaging not so much
So, the handle and the pull plate are separate pieces. This product was shipped to me in a clear plastic bag inside of a brown amazon paper bag. As you would expect from this packaging, the 1st one came to dented and dings from the handle slamming into the plate. Returned it. 2nd one all scratched up from the handle sliding around in the loose packaging. I'm pressed for time so it went up as is. I buffed it out a bit but it looks "seasoned" already. Product is fine, but the product description could use better info - like telling me the handle is a separate piece that comes with 2-1/2" machine screws for through bolting. It's what I wanted but wasn't anywhere in the product description, I got lucky.Also, packaging I got was absolute trash. I expect better from amazon.

Not what I expected
It was the right size, and color, but the handle was not attached, and the plate wasn’t drilled for the handle to bolt on.

Terrible Quality
I received the order excited to install on our kitchen door. Open the box. I see one is damaged, bent in several places and several dents. The other has one dent as well.This is for a high end office kitchen door, an office where everything is in pristine order.I wouldnt install these on a washroom door at a garbage dump.

Not recommended
The plate is very thin. It arrived in a big box, but all scratched and bent. I would not recommend this product.
