Medical-Surgical Nursing Review and Resource Manual, 4th Edition

The test was very straight forward if you followed the ANCC test outline and this book when you prepared.

I purchased the Medical Surgical Nursing Review and Resource book to study for the ANA board certification. I passed! This is the only book I used. It's a great resource for any RN honestly. It's easy to read, contains all the pertinent information and great examples. I highly recommend.

Thre is nothing wrong w this book - great review and resource I just feel it did not help w my certification test; I could have passed the test without looking at any book and I spent $120 unnecessarily. Our staff development recommended this book . Why ? Not sure.

passed the 2020 ancc rnbc with this. didnt read it, just did questions in the back.

Don't like how there aren't questions at the end of the chapters. Also only 51 review questions at end. Disappointed

Loved this book!!! I learned so much and feel empowered with the knowledge. Very helpful in my line of work! I have not taken the certification yet, but this and another review book...feel confident.

WASTE OF MONEY, DO NOT PURCHASE, IT ONLY HAS 50 REVIEW QUESTIONS FOR THE ENTIRE BOOK, I KNOW THEY DON'T GUARANTEE PASSING AND I GET IT BUT IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I DID BETTER STUDYING THE MATERIALS PROVIDED IN CLASS. IT'S SAD THAT THE INSTRUCTOR RECOMMENDED THIS BOOK AS A GOOD STUDY GUIDE. MAYBE IF IT WAS CHEAPER IF WOULD RECOMMEND, BUT IT'S NOT.
