NRSV Large Print Standard Catholic Bible, Black Leathersoft (Comfort Print, Holy Bible, Complete Catholic Bible, NRSV CE): Holy Bible

New Revised Standard Version (NRSV). I have a very thick Holy Bible but I like this Complete Large Print Catholic Bible. I taped it with Scotch Packaging Tape the box and the inside. To prevent from getting dirty and prolong the book. $24.85! When everything is expensive in San Jose. Many Bible is part by piece in Jesus Christ Life. It's an Imitation Leather but feels like real leather with two bookmark. Pope Francis has said of the Bible, "Take it, carry it with you and read it every day: It is Jesus himself speaking to you in it!" Own a piece of Father Almighty and Jesus Christ Life and their teaching to become a better person. We live in a Magical and Power world during the Christ era but a lot less now.

This is possibly the best Catholic Bible available at this time. Reviewing the translation is beyond the scope of this review (it is the NRSV). Nice, quality binding and decent paper. Print is clear and line matched from what I can see. Publisher did a nice job balancing text size with overall book size. While it's a large print Bible, it is not overly large or heavy. I got the black leathersoft. It has two large ribbons, black and gold. I have seen NIV, NKJV and NASB in "Comfortprint." For some reason, I find the NRSV Comfortprint to be the most readable.

Beautiful Catholic Bible for our wedding.

It is a great Catholic bible! I love the bigger font that makes it easier to read and I also like all the summaries/ previous that they put before each book, it gives me a clearer understanding of what I’m about to read. Something that’s slightly annoying me is that some pages get stuck together because of the gold edge, but over time with more reading and use of the pages I know that problem will fix itself.

Really unhappy with this purchase as it wasn’t cheap and the condition it has arrived in is very poor quality. The book feels like it’s going to fall apart, pages stuck together and the book is peeling away from the casing. There is markings on the front.

I'm a protestant pastor who needed an everyday-carry bible that stands up to the grind of reading and preaching from. I love the texture and flexibility of the cover - very solid in the hand The print is readable - even for an older guy like myself. I can mark up the pages with pen and highlighters and there's no bleeding through to the other side. This bible is marketed towards the Catholic side of the family; in particular, the 7 deuterocanonical books that may not be as familiar to other segments of Christian worship. Regardless, it's a VERY useful and practical way to carry The Truth with you every day - around the house, at work, in the car and in church.

This bible has not the right words in it compared to other Catholic Bibles. Warning.

The bible is good quality, a true Catholic bible with all 46 books in the OT and 23 in the NT.

I am very much enjoying reading. I understand it. Large print, perfect size to hold. I read every day. I also got my family one . Came really fast. Perfect packaging. Was not damaged at all. Thanks I really appreciate it. I am learning so much.
