APC UPS Battery Replacement, RBC35, for APC Back-UPS Models BE350G, BE350C

I bought this because my APC Battery Backups Pro 1000 started to lose power all the time. I figured out that the battery inside had gone bad. I thought originally that I was going to have to replace the entire model that is almost $200 dollars, but I did some research and found that it's just the battery inside and it could be replaced fairly easy and for a fraction of the cost to replace the entire unit instead. It arrived in less then 24 hours after placing the order and got the new battery installed within 10 minutes after opening the box. My APC Pro 1000 works perfectly fine now and it was overall an easy fix. I've got 3 of these units in my home, so next time I have an issue like this, I'll be able to fix them easily and for a low price. I'll definitely use this company again if that happens. Great product and great price as well as shipping it to me in less then 24 hours for no additional cost.

Fit fine, working great. Good product. I will say that it's not the easiest thing to replace this battery in the case but once installed, it works fine.

Exact replacement for our APC BE350C battery. After several years the old battery gave up. Purchased this battery replacement in August of 2024. Upon receipt we replaced the old battery, and shipped it to the recycle facility using the RBC Recycling Program on the APC website. The program had a free return to the closest recycling center, and we used the packaging from the new battery to return the old one. The replacement has been, and is even now, working without fail since install. Great deal all around, we saved a lot of money. Thanks!

Works great. I can plug my computer, monitor and lamp into one device. It is large for power back up as well. The quality is ACP. Good price for the product.

I bought four of these batteries to replace the dead batteries in my four APC Model BE350G Battery Backup UPS. I purchased all of these UPC's in 2015 and by 2020 all the batteries had failed. I have other APC models that I purchased prior to 2015 and those batteries are still good, so it appears that this model has an issue with battery life. The warranty is only for 3 years so had no choice but to buy replacement batteries or get replacement UPS. Fortunately the replacement battery price was about 1/2 of a new UPC so I went with the replacement. As noted by another review the batteries are re-branded and re-stickered from an out of county supplier (the original ones are from the same out of country supplier), so I guess I'll see if these fail by 2025 or sooner as they are made by the same supplier. The batteries are easy to replace and the instructions are clear. Due to the pandemic I'm having difficulty finding an open recycling center to take the old batteries, but I'll store them and wait until they start re-opening.

Fit is 100% with both connections in the proper place. Come mostly charged and ready for use. Decided to test capacity and it ran 1 led lamp for just over an hour until the ups powered down.

11.22.2018...It worked for less than twenty-four hours before failing completely. After reading reviews I was dazzled with the negativity others have experienced. The battery sticker was applied over old Vietnam identification as a LUND product; not an APC original. I wish a refund immediately. My fear is too great for another failure to accept a replacement. I own two such computer-backup devices and this is the worst of the lost; even given those I thought were sufficient for my needs. I have confidence that AMAZON will honor my request even-though it is a non-returnable product. I await a credit to my AMAZON account. 11.23.2018I need to add the fact that this product was mis-represented as APC when after peeling the label back an imprinted KUNG LONG (made in Vietnam) label appeared as the original origin of the presumed APC product. This is fraud! Add that it did not last and we have a problem that AMAZON needs to own... Add the disclaimer that the product was advertised as genuine APC by Schneider Electric and I gasp disbelief. Might I mention that knowing how to complain using AMAZON procedures leaves one aghast amid the flow of stupids. I still want my money back! Now.

After several years of use, my old UPS battery died. I wanted to replace the battery with the UPS' brand name battery, but could not find it locally. Ordered through Amazon, came nicely and protectively packaged. Install was simple and operation is as expected (working as it should.... I tested it stand-alone, enough for finishing up and saving some work on my PC before shutting it down properly, exclusively powered by the battery)… thanks.
