Advantageous water filtering system.

When my initial system arrived I noticed the main black housing unit had some broken guide tabs. I contacted the company directly and received an immediate response. I sent my information to customer service representative named Julius, he was very prompt about sending me a new replacement. Everything worked out great!!! New system installed with no issues. Thank you Julius for all your help.

We have really hard well water at our house, decided to forgo an expensive system through a “reputable dealer” and went with Ispring. Make sure to reach out to them and ask for Nick, he will hook you up with everything you’ll need! No more grime on our faucets, no more iron issues and the water tastes cleaner than RO as it still has minerals in it. Don’t wait, make the purchase, you’ll be glad you did!

No none sense jargon about what the product can do and simple to understand on the ability and performance of the device. Very easy installation and John at Tech Support understood my urgency and expedited my request and walked it through shipping. If all companies acted like this, we would call our planet “Heaven” instead of Earth. Thank you.

I’ve installed it for my ADU (see attached image) but there is still hard water presence/scaling in my hot water kettle. It doesn’t seem to work I normally use another water filter (Aquaphor) and that clears up the hard water very well. See the before and after kettle image

Sean with iSpring made up for Amazon's order mishap. I ordered the whole kit for the iSpring whole house filter with patented scale inhibitor and Amazon sent just the filter (See attached picture). I chose to call iSpring instead of going through the "auto" process with Amazon. Sean with iSpring was patient with me while I explained what happened and what was my next step. He reviewed my order and requested my address and sent me the blue housing/canister with bracket. Call me old school, but it is sure nice speaking with folks like Sean and who provide good customer service.

I ordered this a few months ago and just got around to installing. One of the filters was cracked at the top and they took care of the issue.

This was the easiest thing to install. I do not like doing plumbing and this was super easy. You should use brass fittings not plastic. The connection is more secure and won’t leak as easily. I used pex for all the piping. Crimping and a crimping tool were the only expense, but well worth it.

El cartucho cabe perfectamente en cualquier portafiltro que sea 4.5x10” (big blue) y en realidad es rellenable y reusable por lo que se puede comprar el material de polifosfato por aparte para reemplazos a futuro. Lo malo es que no creo que sirve como lo anuncian, ya que aun veo acumulación de sales en los grifos y regaderas :(. Midiendo la dureza como tal utilizando unas tiras reactivas que compré me sigue dando el mismo nivel de 20gr/gal antes y después del filtro, el cual es muy alto y justamente quería abatir con este filtro.
