THE WORLD ACCORDING TO GARP (REISSUE)

Haven't finished the book yet, but it's been a fantastic read so far, something that you want to continue and not put down. The feminist base is strong and the way Irwin writes is pretty interesting, with just enough visual imagination.

It will make you laugh out loud, fight back tears and gasp in horror because John Irving endears you to his characters and then does horrible, absolutely horrible, things to them.With imaginative sub-plots and remarkable characterisation, this book is storytelling at its absolute finest. Period.
