**Q: How easy is it to replace blunt blades? Can the replacement blades be bought individually?**
A: Really easy to remove, basically you just lift it after setting tge dial in the correct position. I haven't looked for replacement blades just yet.

A: Hi, you can wear both gloves if you wish. It is safer but not necessary.

**Q: Can the blade be removed for re-sharpening?**
A: Hi Tom,
It’s a super mandolin, but no - the blade can’t be removed for re-sharpening.
Always count your fingers before and after use 🖐

**Q: Is it possible to cut cabbage with the mandoline?**
A: Yes certainly. Be very, very careful not to cut yourself they are extremely sharp.

This is a great mandolin, very sharp, and due to my own carelessness, I sliced off the entire tip of my finger, due to the sharpness of this blade, it was painless and my finger wasn’t too deformed, although I still have to wear a plaster months later, so who’s to say😉 but please be careful when using a mandolin, they are very sharp, be sure to use the huge guard provided with this tool and don’t be careless like I was. I haven’t had too much time to properly test the mandolin due to me being scared of mandolins now but it did slice through my finger cleanly and easily
