Let’s definitely pulls your shoulders back since you can adjust it with the Velcro just make sure to do it evenly on both sides and I think you’ll be good to go. Because there’s no label or logo it doesn’t scratch her it’s your back like a T-shirt with one so that’s a good sign. I purchased this for my husband who is larger than me at 300lbs 6’2”. I had one he liked but it was too small even at its largest setting. This one fit him perfectly. It is also really smooth on the back making it comfortable for him. He does electrical for a large company so he is often out on the field working in crazy positions. He’s worn it consistently for about a week now and has said it’s helped correct his posture and we hope to have some back relief by a month of consistency.

This was the easiest thing to use. I didn’t even realize what a difference it made until I looked at myself in the mirror. I noticed after wearing it all day that my back didn’t hurt as much as normal.

I have had some reoccurring neck and upper left shoulder pain and I attributed that issue to sitting at my desk and slouching. After purchasing this product and wearing it daily for around 2 hours, the pain has subsided dramatically as the posture correctors unnoticeable improvement on how my shoulders align under my ears. The recommendation is to wear the product 15-30 minutes a day but I have wearing mine for 2 hours daily. The only downside that I can comment on is if you attempt to wear the product under your shirt so it's not noticeable while at work, it will uncomfortably rub into your skin so my suggestion is to wear it over a shirt (with sleeves).
