We bought two faucets at same time for kitchens on separate floors. After one year, we'd never buy the other one again but would get this one again in an instant. The only drawback is that the sprayer isn't much stronger than the regular flow turned on at its strongest. But that flow is so strong, I have no use really for the sprayer. When I do use it, it moves easily out, and seats well too. It is attractive in a black finish that feels soft and smooth when using. Will eventually replace the disappointing one with this model.

The sprayer has a crack by the area that attaches to the hose and is leaking to underneath my sink. Not happy that I only had it for a year and it's not working properly.

UPDATE: the faucet head broke off of the hose, I can't believe this. I expected it to leak first or something because the connection on the bottom had me concerned. Looks like the only thing holding it together is a little bit of plastic, here I was thinking the head was firmly clamped onto the hose all in one assembly that could be replaced... but I don't want a replacement at this point. I better get a refund, now we have to go look for another faucet. They usually last several years at least. We had it installed in January and it is now August. Thank goodness I already washed the dishes...-- Previous review:We have been enjoying this faucet for a few months now. Glad we called our plumber install it and go ahead and replace the shutoff valves while he was at it, because the pipe broke in the wall during removal of the old faucet, that would've been a disaster and a huge expense to call in emergency plumbing service had we done it on our own. Old houses..We have high water pressure which seems to ruin sprayer mechanisms that cut off the faucet when you press the button. This one the button is built right into the faucet/handle to toggle between normal faucet and sprayer and you don't need an extra hole to put the sprayer. Very convenient. I like this to fill my water filter pitcher I don't have to put it inside the sink. Hopefully hard water doesn't affect it, and hopefully it actually lasts at least as long as the warranty says because it is quite a lot of trouble to change fixtures every few years...

I rarely write reviews on here, but I was so impressed with this faucet and the value within that I had to say something. I had bought a $40 faucet from Lowe’s for my utility sink that felt cheap and then leaked at the handle once it was installed. I returned it and figured I might find something nicer online in the same price range (Lowe’s didn’t have anything else comparable). So glad that I took a gamble on this because I was so surprised and impressed with the quality and how much better it was in every way than the one I had purchased off the shelf. Literally everything about it is better and it may have cost about $2 more when all was said and done. There is nothing to complain about here and I have no hesitations in recommending this to anyone in the market for this style of faucet. For the price, it can’t be beat and is SOOO much nicer than what you will find for the same money at Lowe’s/Home Depot/ etc. Only hiccup I ran into was that I had to buy some adapters to connect my 1/2 sink outlets to the included 3/8” hoses. Not a big deal but something to be aware of if you don’t have 3/8” size water outlets where you’ll be installing.

We purchased this along with the deep tub laundry room sink. It was easy to install and works great. We especially like being able to use the hose feature to fill the dog's water bowls and buckets.

Although my review below will not change, I did want to mention that the seller was not only kind enough to offer a full refund, but also provide a replacement faucet free of charge. I already purchased a replacement faucet so I won't require a replacement, but I did want to acknowledge the high level of customer service the seller provided (and because of this, I increased the rating as well).==============================I had this faucet for exactly 1 week, and on the 7th day it broke! I initially purchased this faucet because it was the right size and shape for my sink area (I needed a relatively short faucet that extended). Its a great looking faucet, and worked flawlessly for a few days, then on the 7th day I used it as I normally do, and poof! The head snapped off. Can't say I am surprised, looks like this happens to be a design or manufacturing flaw given the number of other folks who reported the same issue. Am now going to return it and look for something else/better.
