It's just what I was looking for in a magazine rack. It looks stylish, is sturdy and very functional. I am quite pleased with my purchase.

Easy to assembly, and matches my decor in a small room. Not only can it hold magazines, but can be used for other things.

I never write reviews for products until I have used them for a good amount of time (I hate reviews that state, "this just arrived a few minutes ago and I love it!"), but this rack is pretty straightforward. Seeming quite substantial otherwise, and good looking as well, an Achilles Heel could well be the supporting "board" that the magazines rest on, which is very flimsy and cardboard-like. The maker should upgrade this to a stronger, more substantial material capable of supporting a heavier load.I utilize this as a table-top display rack for matted art and photographs, as I have little wall space for framed art. Presented this way, I or my guests can browse through my cool collection. I ordered inexpensive 11X14 mats with 8X10 cut-outs that includes backing board and protective cellophane-like envelope to protect the matted artworks, here on Amazon. As a group, the collection is heavy, thus my concern about the thin board that supports them. This rack's design is ideal for my purpose otherwise.

I bought one to hold music next to my baby grand piano. The black matches the piano and the design is nice-looking. I liked it so much that I bought a second one for my study. It has been very useful beside my next and my desk is always much neater now. Sturdy build. I had to put one of them together myself, and I managed without any help. The second came already assembled and that was a nice surprise.
