Absolutely Delicious Tea Without Caffeine
Though I miss caffeine, I have had to stay away from it for more than a dozen years. Finding coffee / tea options that are tasty and satisfying without caffeine can be a challenge. Some years back Rooibos tea was recommended to me. Mmm! It's one of my all-time favorite tea flavors with or without the dreaded caffeine. That this is naturally herbal makes me so happy. The last two months were quite hot, so aside from my one cup of decaf coffee in the mornings, I haven't had a hot beverage since much earlier in the year. I could have used the Rooibos pods to make iced tea, but didn't have the patience to fuss with that process. Now that a hint of fall is in the air, I am ready to start revisiting hot tea again. That led to the discovery that we were very low on Rooibos pods in the pantry. Hooray for overnight delivery!

Wonderful Taste
Twinings Pure Rooibos Red Tea Is wonderful. It taste great hot or cold! A perfect summer drink with a splash of lemon. Love the ease of the k_Cups.

I read about Rooibos tea in Suzie Cohen's book on "Diabetes w/o Drugs"- I actually had never heard of it before... I just got my first shipment today, for our Kuerig & I tried it right away I added my usual Almond Milk & waited a while to make sure it didn't "curdle" or explode -- LOL! After it cooled off- i gave it a taste- NOT BAD! It actually tasted familiar to me- but not sure from where ???? I then added two tiny drops of Almond Stevia and WOW! it was very aromatic and not bad tasting at all! I have now found a new tea to drink that just might help with my Diabetes and apparently it helps with other potential health issues as well. I will report back after a few months about whether its beneficial or not- but my guess is if S.C. says it is- then i believe her!
