I have had many different green teas but I am now solely drinking Twinings Green Tea everyday for it is easy to find and to prepare and most importantly it tastes good. But it takes a little bit of practice to brew it just right. For example the water should not be scolding hot and the tea bag should not be in the water more than a minute (you will find a better direction in the box). If you brew it right, the tea gives a beautiful Spring green color that is so clear and pleasing to eyes and also your taste buds. It's no secret that green tea is so good for your health. And I am so glad to find that Amazon is carrying the 50 counts of this tea. And I have now 6 months supply with the subscription plan. It is nicely packaged at an affordable price.

I've solidly supported Twinings for years now, and needless to say I am going to continue to purchase any sort of tea I may need from them. The sheer quality and variety of flavors they offer is astounding, and I do not believe there's any of competitor right now that can supersede their value. I will mention in particular that their Darjeeling, Lady Grey, English Breakfast, and Jasmine Green teas are among the best they have to offer. Purchasing them here generally offers a bargain in terms of value (or price per box), so do feel free to go wild.

Twinning is to tea what Heinz is to ketchup. What most consumers do not realize is that in addition to using the finest quality commercial teas, Twinning tea bags are uniformly 1.32 oz. In some cases this is double the amount of tea that are offered by other commercial brands.

My green tea journey started with this one, in between I tried different brands/ flavors however this one is my favorite. It tastes genuine and original, to top it off it also feels light. I started buying this particular six pack (50 count) package since it is cost effective and also the quantity lasts long (since I am the only consumer of this in my home and everyone else in my family are milk consumers).

This is my basic tea for making iced tea. I combine 8 Twinings green tea bags with 2 Bigelow Mint Medley. Make a pan of hot tea with about 1 quart of water. Put 2 quarts of cold water in a pitcher, sweeten with bulk sucralose (cheaper to use than Splenda) to taste, add your quart of concentrated tea -- Makes 3 quarts of delicious mint flavored iced tea. Serve over ice, obviously. Enjoy. Highly recommend -- oh -- when I brew green tea, I bring the water to a rapid boil, let the water stop bubbling, and drop my tea bags into the water. Green tea needs this slightly more gentle method to retain good flavor, in my opinion.
