I have a Joseph Joseph rolling pin, which is fine to a point; that point being when using in conjunction with a pasty made decorative rolling pin! I rolled out my pastry and was then left to “free roll” to emboss my pattern on my perfectly flat pastry. It was not always successful and I was stuck until I found these. They are flexible, stackable and are perfect for adding an embossed pattern to my prerolled flat pastry and keeping it to the same height. I found them easy to use and easy to clean. I could have done with a wider embossed rolling pin for my project but these worked fine. I am happy to recommend them.

used these over a little while now and plaesed with them they help rolling out anything not just pastry but bare in mind that if you use for anything but food be carefull as not sure if residue on non food products would be safe to use on food again.

Love using these though with a standard sized rolling pin, they limit the volume of pastry/icing you can roll at one time.

These strips provide the standardised results that elevate home baked produce to the next level. Even, thin pastry shells are easy and repeatable. Welsh cakes cook evenly when the same thickness. Used singly or in a stack they are adaptable. Can be tricky to use but I think its worth it. The silicone material is hygienic and adequate size for me .

Mixed view of this. Yes it’s good material, and flexible, and durable etc. And sure you can stack them so it’s kind of versatile and adjustable pending whatever thickness you want. Decent appearance and it’s colour coded for ease of identification etc. It’s also cheap, so great value for money…So why 3 stars?Well, the handful of times I’ve tried to use it they’ve just slid all over the countertop… and then I have to move it back, and adjust it again etc which makes it a royal pain to use. So I don’t really use it anymore.Maybe I should have given it two stars instead.If you buy it I hope you have more luck (or skill) than me

Really pleased with these - just what I wanted. Needed this sort of guide as need to roll out icing wider than a rolling pin with guides on it would allow. They’re flexible but sturdy and come in a good range of thicknesses.

Been using them for a month now and they work very well. A good grip in surface. If you get these and it feels like they slip, flip over on other side! One side has a slight other form I noticed which make them stick way better than the opposite! :)

Guias-niveles de silicona para masas o postres, no tiene mucho misterio, cumple su funcion perfectamente y al ser de silicona se pueden doblar por si necesitas que ocupen un poco menos al guardarlas etc.

Sono molto contenta di averli comprati. I miei biscotti sono finalmente tutti dello stesso spessore. Le strisce sono facili da usare e da lavare. Non scivolano mentre usi il mattarello. Li consiglio vivamente.
