Leg Avenue Women's Classic Bewitching Witch Halloween Costume

This costume was a hit at my Halloween party. It is well made for a costume. There is no stretch to the fabric and I was ordering close to my event so I sized up just to be sure. It was a little loose in the top so I could have stayed in my size range and been fine I think. It was a bit shorter than I thought it was going to be, especially when putting on the belt to take up the slack in the fit of the top but pairing it with the petticoat took care of that and gave it a nice fullness. I am 5’6”, 200lbs, typically wear a 14-16 in dresses, and 38 DDD for reference. The fabric was slightly scratchy but not terribly uncomfortable. I was able to wear it for several hours without feeling too uncomfortable. The hat didn’t fit down on my head, I can generally wear child size hats, and there wasn’t an easy way to pin it down, it did fall off a few times while walking or if I walked in front of the fans at the venue. All in all I was very happy with the costume. Looks as described and arrived when it was predicted to. I added the gloves, petticoat, wig, and stockings.

Fits great. Except the hat like everyone says. The hat is sized for a child and I don’t have a big head but it was still too small. The dress fit great. Great Halloween costume.

The first two photos are with a petticoat, the last one is the costume as it comes with no petticoat. I added the stockings as well. I will steam the hat (it came a little wrinkled) and will use a bobby pin to clip the belt into place so it doesnt flop around.Even with no pedicoat I think it's super cute, easy enough to get in and out of. It is a bit short so if youre shy wear some boyshorts or something under! Its fully cheeky if you bend over lol. The back panels are stretchy but the front isnt.The tulle on the arms is just a little bit uncomfortable But It's really not that bad at all.I am 5'2", 177lbs, I wear an XL in tops/bottoms, and 36DD/38D bust. I bought a size large and If i were any taller/bustier/heavier I dont think it would fit comfortably. As I am now, it zips comfortably, but the arms/shoulders are the sliiightest bit snug. Overall I love it and am super happy with it. It feels like it'll last through a night of partying too!

I am 5'1" and work out regularly; I am in great shape. I took other reviewer's advice to order UP a size because in their experiences it was too small. I ordered a Small instead of an XS - it was way too tight! I could barely zip it in the back!The bodice - cut funny where the see-through fabric is. In the chest area (between the center and your armpits) my everyday bra was visible. If I had been wearing a demi cup then it *might* not have been visible.The waist - this is a DROP WAIST dress, with a straight hem. The 'waist' fell at my hips. At 5'1" this made me look even shorter than I already am.The fabric - itchy in the see-through parts, low quality fabric everywhere else. Buttons barely sews on. Collar doesn't lay flat.The arms - absolutely zero give or stretch.The skirt - cut straight, not A-line and no body to it whatsoever. It came to my knees. I did buy a petticoat for underneath but because of the fabric and the way the hemline is, the skirt part did not lay well over the petticoat. What I ended up with was a puffed-out straight cut shirt. A similar effect could be achieved by strapping pillows to my hips, because that's what I looked like.I didn't even try on the hat or the belt. I returned this as soon as humanly possible. Do not buy this costume, you will regret it.

Outfit was super cute and fit well but the belt as advertised wasn’t in the package.

I bought this for Halloween, and tried it on an hour ago. It fits great! I have a rectangular frame, and the billowing skirt gives you a tiny waist and wide hips. It's very flattering. The costume is also cute and classy looking.I had to dock one star because:1. I think the hat is a little too small. I struggled to fit it around my head.2. The skirt is on the shorter side, and since Im bottom heavy this was exaggerated. But, I bought the petticoat, so my backside is completely covered.3. The belt is also a bit cheap and mediocre looking. But it can be easily trimmed and fixed.

This costume is amazing. Go get it!!!! I bought a size large, it has stretch, arms are comfortable, and I have a wedding this weekend. Pluses are my costume arrived today after ordering it 2 nights ago. Just to note, I fluctuate in weight 180-200 lbs, 38B, my weight distributes evenly.Fast shipping. AMAZING super cute costume. In addition to this costume, I bought a blood red petticoat to peak through, that arrives tomorrow. But you can see that there’s fullness even without a petticoat on. The hat doesn’t really fit my head, but I’ll see if can find a replacement by tomorrow. Either way, I have a day of the dead event in November, and I’ll be wearing this dress again! Worth it!
