It goes on easily, absorbs well into stone and tile, and provides noticeable protection against water and everyday stains. After application, the surface looks natural not overly glossy or darkened which is a big plus. The sealant definitely does what it promises, but the price is a bit on the higher side, and proper ventilation is important because of the strong smell during application.
