Ecoegg Fresh Linen Dryer Balls with Fragrance Sticks, Reusable Fabric Softener Alternative

I’ve been using Ecoegg dryer balls (no scent) and Ecoegg laundry pellets for more than two year. I found some on a clearance table at my local grocery store. What an amazing find! I was so glad to discover these dryer balls with fragrance. No more dryer sheets! These little wonders cut down drying time by about 1/3. My clothes smell and feel amazing - with no static! They may seem a bit pricey, but the value is tremendous when compared to the cost of dryer sheets.

I like the scent but they are loud

Work well for keeping things feeling fluffy. Might reduce dry time a small fraction. However they do not add any scent with the inserts and sound like tennis shoes tumbeling in the dryer.

These were recommended to us by a family friend who raves about them. Good concept & works similar to using a tennis ball to fluff the clothes & reduce static. Scent is OK. Better alternative to dryer sheets YET the white scent sticks constantly fall out of the rubber eggs, all 4 items easily get tangled in sheets or clothes so you have to locate/pick up if fall. We bought new eggs thinking the rubber had worn and some dust on the inside of the old eggs… new scent sticks ALSO fell out of the new eggs within 2 weeks!

They work very nice and they smell beautiful

Eco Egg is the coolest invention. It does save the planet, your skin, clothing, money & time all in one! I would do an ad for them if I could. My clothes smell great too, which is something I had a hard time with while trying to find a good clean organic laundry soap.

Still using the first 4 that I bought many years ago. They'll last for a very long time because they're made of thick rubber, not plastic and will not crumble or break apart, even with high dryer heat. I'm ordering more now for my daughter to take with her to her college dorm. The nubs on the originals are a bit smaller after so many years of use, but they still work just as well to keep clothes separated while drying. Towels are fluffier; permanent press shirts and pants are wrinkle free. These really are the best! and will not crumble or break apart, even with high dryer heat. They will last for a very long time I'm ordering more now because my daughter took the originals to use in her new apartment.

These are great. They smell fresh and I’ve been happy with the results. Clothes are smooth and fresh - exactly as they should be.

I love the egg and the fresh linen scent is the most beautiful ever. Unfortunately, after 2 washes on 40' the fragrance is barely perceivable. That's why only 4 stars.

These are fantastic for adding a little scent to the washing. I have been using my ecoegg and absolutely love it. My washing is fresh and clean and smells wonderful when lined dried. Unfortunately it just doesn’t smell as good if I tumble dry it and being winter I need to do that sometimes! I bought these in linen fresh and added them to my laundry. I line dried it as long as poss and finished in the tumble drier and it smelt lovely but not overpowering. Just a mild fresh scent. I can’t comment on whether they decreased the drying time as I honestly didn’t notice but I’m very happy if they do. They are a bit noisy in the machine but that doesn’t bother me. Might be annoying if your dryer is in the kitchen though. You simply press one fragrance stick into each egg and chuck them in the dryer. I’m not sure they are just essential oils though. I prefer fully natural products, no synthetic fragrance and they don’t disclose exactly what is in the scent. If you want something completely allergy friendly then definitely stick to unscented.
