Good value vitamin for women. I’ve got to have that extra iron and it’s hard to find a multi that has iron. I rely on these for energy. Will buy again.

I have to hold my breath because they stink. Are also very big if you have a problem with that. Other than those two things they’re good. I’ll reorder. I think these are better than the gummies because there’s no telling how much vitamins exactly go into gummies. Plus these are more affordable than gummies.
