I bought this Air cooler recently, and it’s fan stopped working in 3 days after the purchase. I tried to connect with service centre multiple times but didn’t get any response. I have not seen such poor service. Then I asked one local electrician to check and found that it’s motor is defective.

The media could not be loaded.  10 days update:A) Suddenly there was water leakage from the behind. I removed the screw and tightened it back and the leak has stopped.... For now.B) It's gotten hotter outside, and now full 27L tank only lasts 2 days. Still get the bad plastic smell even after 10 days of regular usage.C) The short 1.3m cable has become a small annoyance. At 2m cable would've been perfect!____________________Pros,1. Works! Cools upto 2°C. Have only used in my small study room which i use to work. Heavy PC loads touches 31°C. With the cooler pointed directly at me, the temp reduced to 28°-29° which is really awesome! I used ice cubes but it didn't give a lot of cool difference and ice is just too much extra work. I'm happy with just the water.2. Light weight, nifty little fella. I didn't want the oversized dessert cooler nonsense and this is perfect, small, thin and just enough water tank for 3 days of usage. Approx 4-5hrs daily usage at low fan speed.3. Simple and yet effective operations.4. Throw is good enough for me, my small room. Larger spaces the throw would be less.5. Swing function works well.Cons,1. Noise! It's more noisier than expected. Watch the video attached.2. Fan speeds are gimmick. It has very high speed, high speed and even more high speed. Needed a lower speed option.3. Caster wheels are cheap quality. Not sure about their durability.4. Received item with a screw misaligned. I had to fix it myself. There's a permanent bump there now.

Pros. - Best for use single person.Cons. - 1) Overflow arrangement is designed BAD.2) To clean water, Drainage hole placed at downside, it is very difficult to find out the location of drainage spout.3) Power cord length is only ONE meter. That means you need buy an extra power extension board. (When we spend >8000 at list 2 metre power cable should be provided)

Performance: Cooler can reduce max 2°C with better ventilation. Which means it will not cooling your room only make it less hot. It is a blower air cooler so only air to specific direction so room will not be cooled.Ventilation is must or else only hot air. By ventilation it means all windows and doors need to be open for evaporation but cool will also leave the room through windows. So need to continuously run this for cooling(there goes your electricity bill 💸)10 day replacement scamOnce you decide to return this Amazon will ask you reach Crompton. Crompton will say they will send technician by 2 days max. They won't send anyone after 2 days you have escalate service. Been escalating for 1 Week.

Airflow is good, can feel the temperature change.I feel swing covers less degree both horizontal and vertical swing.I ordered 27l hight is small than expected, go with 35 l if you want to increase the height

The media could not be loaded.  Cooling was not as effective as expected, maybe because this cooler only has one side of cooling pads as compared to three sides of pads for others. Noise level was also very high, can hear highest speed in next room. The seller sent a defective product, none of the control panel buttons worked and no button on remote worked, display also did not light up, as seen in video. The cooler only ran on highest speed. Either the seller Master Care’s quality control is poor or they are straight up taking customers for granted. Thanking Amazon for their return policy. The shipping box was also dirty, top was covered with pigeon poo and the cooler was also smelling like pigeon was first two days, refer to images.Looks wise cooler is good. It has mosquito net and the front opening also can be closed, so mosquitoes can be controlled. The size is also handy, not too big.
